Business Hour Service Calls
Our normal hour Resideintial Service Calls are generally scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. We offer several different scheduled times so you are able to receive service for your Residential HVAC System at a time that works for you.
After Hour Service Calls
In addition to our Business Hour Service Calls we offer Emergency After Hour Service Calls for any emergency Residential HVAC issue that cannot wait. The last thing you want to deal with when you are surprised by a broken HVAC system is an outsourced third party answering service. When you call us for any Emergency Residential issue, you will be greeted by the same office personnel that you would talk to during regular business hours.

Residential HVAC Maintenance is an important step in keeping your HVAC system running at peak performance and the best way in preventing unwanted breakdowns. Our team has been trusted in providing top quality Residential HVAC maintenance/tune-ups to the Springfield, MO community and the surrounding areas for 30 years.
We pride ourselves on performing the FULL manufacture recommended maintenance readings, cleanings, and adjustments on every Residential HVAC System. All our Residential HVAC Customers receive full maintenance reports after each maintenance visit. In these reports you will be able to see every amp draw, temperature reading, and the condition of your entire Residential HVAC System. In providing these full Residential HVAC System reports you will be able to see the reasoning behind any recommendation we give for your system, so you can be confident that what we are recommending for your Residential HVAC System is actually something that needs done.
When are Residential HVAC Maintenance/Tune-ups Scheduled?
We recommend Residential HVAC Maintenance/Tune-ups be completed twice a year, once during the cooling season and once during the heating season. The season will determine what part of your Residential HVAC System we maintenance, meaning the A/C components of your system will be maintenanced during the Spring & Summer and the heating components of your system will be maintenanced during the Fall & Winter.
The outside temperature is crucial to Residential HVAC Maintenance/Tune-ups. For example, if the outdoor temperatures are too low we will not be able to accurately check the A/C functions of your HVAC System, and if the outdoor temperatures are too warm we will not be able to accurately check the heating functions of your HVAC System.
Based on each years weather, we usually begin scheduling Cooling Maintenances when the outdoor temperatures start reaching and staying above 70 degrees, and Heating Maintenances when the outdoor temperatures reach and stay below 60 degrees.
How do you Schedule a Residential Maintenance/Tune-up?
Scheduling a Residential HVAC Maintenance/Tune-up is easy! When you call our office to schedule a maintenance/tune-up, we will first discuss if you are wanting a one time maintenance visit or if you are interested in our Residential Maintenance Agreement.
If you are only wanting a one time maintenance/tune-up visit we will explain how a Time & Material Maintenance visit works, what your expected cost will look like, and approximately how long your Residential Maintenance/Tune-up visit will take based off how many full HVAC Systems you have.
If you are interested in our Residential Maintenance Agreement we will go into detail what our maintenance agreement includes, how re-occurring maintenance visits are scheduled, and the price of our Residential Maintenance Agreement.

Our expertly trained Residential Installation team will never try and push top-efficiently equipment, HVAC System add-ons, or sell you any additional packages that you do not want. Unlike some of our competitors, our Residential Installation Team does not work on commission, ensuring they are fully focused on YOU and not your wallet.
