Wisetack makes prequalification easy and allows prequalification checks without affecting your credit score.
To prequalify, simply complete Wisetack's online form with your details and your project total, from there you can instantly see what loan options are available to you. With Wisetack being fully integrated into our operating software, our team can help guide you through the prequalification process and finalization on site in real time.
Loan Approval
Wisetack provides consumers with a digital-first loan approval process that can be completed right from your phone and generally takes less than a minute to complete. Once you have completed the Wisetack financing application you will get to choose between multiple loan options with terms between 3-60 months.
Loan Funding & Payments
To complete your Wisetack funding, simply confirm your project has been completed in the same dashboard where you submit your loan payments.
Once your project is complete your payments and term details will be managed directly through the Wisetack portal. Consumers have several different options for payments, including auto-pay, bank draft, and debit card.

Service Finance Company LLC is a Florida base national finance company and FHA Title 1 lender that provides consumers with financial solutions on home improvement projects.
Loan Applications
Any of our customers can apply for financing options directly through our Lennox Dealer profile. Simply complete the online Service Finance Company LLC application by entering your personal details, project type, and requested funding amount. From there customers will be able to review all their loan offers and finalize their loan application.
After being approved for a loan with Service Finance Company LLC, we will be notified directly by Service Finance Company LLC that you are ready to move forward with your project.
Loan Funding & Payments
Once your project is complete, consumers are able to complete their finalization paperwork directly through the Service Finance Company LLC's online portal. This finalization process will release your project funding and initiate your payment cycle.
