Residential & Commercial Service Technician

Job Description

Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential & commercial HVAC equipment
Perform diagnostic services & repair tasks on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot & resolve complex HVAC issues during service calls
Interact with and provide customer service to residential and commercial customers on a routine basis
Document & record service notes, needed follow ups from service calls, report to office staff for needed estimates
Operate & stock company vehicle as needed
Work under direct supervision of the service manager and dispatcher
Possible on-call rotation
Duct work fabrication when needed
Operating basic hand and power tools
Additional tasks & duties to be assigned upon experience review

Hours

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Qualifications

5+ years of in-field experience as a service technician
Experience with customer relations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Relevant HVAC Certifications
Capable of working efficiently in a team
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Valid Drivers License

Hourly Pay

Starting pay of $26.00-$35.00 per hour based on individuals qualifications & experience
