Where We Began

Frank Stevens, The President of H-VAC & Central Plumbing , began his journey into the HVAC industry during his teenage years alongside his father. As he grew older, Frank stepped out on his own and worked diligently to earn his Master's License in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Gas Fitting in multiple cities.

Frank organized H-VAC in 1993 with a small 4,000 sq. ft. building located on South Enterprise Ave in Springfield, Missouri. Frank went on to purchase Central Plumbing & Forced Air Furnace in 1995, ultimately incorporating into what is now known as H-VAC & Central Plumbing.

As the years went on, Frank created a name for himself backed by expert knowledge in the HVAC and plumbing industry, his top quality craftsmanship. As a result of his achievements, H-VAC & Central Plumbing was awarded the first Premier Lennox Dealer status in Southwest Missouri.

Where We Are Now

As H-VAC & Central Plumbing grew, a new larger base of operations was in order. Thanks to Frank's hard work, dedication to his customers, and honest plumbing, heating, and cooling services, H-VAC & Central Plumbing moved from its 4,000 sq. ft. building to its current 20,000 sq. ft. location in 2006 which houses a complete sheet metal shop where we fabricate our own ductwork.

Since 2006 H-VAC & Central Plumbing has continued to forge new countless customer relationships in Springfield, MO and all across Southwest Missouri every year.

H-VAC & Central Plumbing continues to earn the trust of hundreds of residential and commercial customers, including some of the most well known businesses in the area.

No matter how large we grow, we remember our humble beginning and are dedicated to maintaining the honest, reliable, and top quality service Frank Stevens founded his company on all those years ago.

  We have had H-VAC do our spring and fall service for over 15 years.   They are always on time and very thorough.    Torrence is one of the best service people by far we have had from any service company!!!   They always give us the good news and the never sugar coat the bad news!!!!   We recommend H-VAC hands down over any other company.   Excellent Company and they know how to communicate if they will be late!!!
