Job Description

Reading, understanding, and job prepping using commercial plans
Spotting curbs and equipment
Commercial job schedule monitoring
On-site task delegation to meet scheduled deadlines
Demo and installation of commercial HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, hood systems, air curtains, etc.
Duct work fabrication
Installation of fabricated duct work, spiral pipe, supply air/return air round pipe, flex duct, etc.
Running low voltage wiring using wiring diagrams
Operating all hand & power tools related to HVAC installation work
Scissor lift operation

Hours

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Qualifications

5 years experience in Commercial HVAC Installation or other related HVAC fields
Valid drivers license
Ability to multi-task on job sites
Ability to manage & delegate tasks to others while working within a team
Understanding of HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Understanding and reading job scopes based on plans
Ability to identify when a change order is needed on the job site
Capable of following chain of command

Hourly Pay

Starting pay of $26.00-$34.00 per hour based on individuals qualifications & experience
